Please note that Royal Mail first class post is not a guaranteed service and we retain a certificate of posting on such items. In the event of non receipt a copy of this will be provided to you for your investigation with Royal Mail. We recommend you pay for special delivery which is a guaranteed service.  In all cases of delivery and cannot be held responsible for non delivery or errors made in delivery made via Royal Mail or Courier.

* Normally Dispatched within 10-14 working days - guaranteed next day delivery after dispatch.

International Signed For ( Overseas) -  £10.95 overseas

* Normally Dispatched within 10-14 working days - express shipping +3 -5 days

If you are an overseas customer and require a tracking number, please select international signed for.

Delivery of some goods require a signature, Signing it confirms receipt but also the state of the parcel received.

When you receive your order it is your responsibility to examine goods very carefully for any damage. If there is any damage or if, for example, a parcel shows signs of damage whatsoever you must notify us on the day of you receive it. Where a signed for service is used, please sign for it, 'Received Damaged'.

Where there is a problem with your order, such as the wrong goods arrive or an item is missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of you receiving your package.

Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to supply goods within any time estimate we give we shall not be responsible for any failure to provide goods nor any unavailability nor any losses or damage resulting from a failure to provide or any delay.

International Orders

If you are importing any of our goods you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with importing laws and requirements of the country to which the goods are shipped and this is entirely at your own expense and risk.

In addition to the purchase price of the goods you accept full responsibility for any and all handling charges, shipping cost, insurance, import duties, fees, liabilities and tax/duty costs, which may arise or apply to your order and transportation.

Whilst we will do all we can to assist we will not be responsible for any non-delivery or import duty charged or any fines or impositions as a result on any import or attempted import.

Taking delivery of goods is entirely your responsibility. If you are unable to take delivery and the goods are returned to us we will arrange redelivery at your expense. In any event, the delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

Returns Policy (Faulty Goods) 

In the unlikely event that you have received items which are damaged or faulty on receipt and need to return any items you must comply with our returns and warranty policy, see below.

If you receive an item which is damaged you must contact us by email at [email protected] within 48 hours after the day you received the goods.

Please note that personalised goods, can only be returned where the mistake or fault is ours, if you have caused the fault by incorrect information input then we cannot replace or refund. 

If you intend to rely on our warranty policy you must contact us by email within 7 working days of the fault occurring to advise us and to give us details of the fault.

When you contact us to return any item due to a manufacturing fault you will be given a returns code & returns form by email which must be enclosed when you return the goods to us. 

You must return the goods, with your proof of payment, and your completed returns form and ensure that your return reaches us within 14 days of the date you received the return code.

Return codes are only valid for 14 days from the date the code is issued. Failure to return the item within 14 days deems the code invalid and we cannot accept a return.

In the event of a product being returned for a refund in accordance with your statutory rights any and all free gifts must also be returned. Failure to return the free gift will result in you being invoiced for the full RRP and this amount will be deducted from any refund. (all goods must be returned in original packaging and unworn, all tags must still be intact within 7 workding days)

We advise that items be sent using recorded service with item reference number capable of being tracked and traced on-line, with sufficient value transit insurance (you must retain stamped proof of all this), we cannot be held liable for lost or further damaged goods on their return to us.

Once we have received the item safely then:

In the case of faulty goods, a replacement of the item will be sent to you as soon as we are able (we will refund your postage cost only to us if the item is deemed a manufacturing fault.)

Alternatively, we may, in our absolute discretion, decided to make a refund for the items.

In the case goods where goods are covered by our warranty policy (see below), then, if we determine that the jewellery item is covered by our warranty we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace jewellery with either the same or with an item of equal value or similar in appearance. We will also reimburse you for the payment for postage or packaging charges incurred in returning the goods to us to the extent of the cost of a large envelope sent via 2nd class recorded delivery. Items sent via other more costly means will only be reimbursed to the value shown above.

In the case of goods for which you are exercising your statutory cancellation rights (all goods must be returned in original packaging and unworn, all tags must still be intact within 7 working day) a refund for the price of the item only will be refunded, we do not refund postage charges if item is sent back if you purely do not ike it) a refund  will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods by us.

Payments made by us to you will be within 30 days of receipt of the goods by us. When you have made a card payment credit may be made only to the original card you used to make the payment or refunded via PayPal. 

 

Warranty Terms 

Important: If you want to return any items to us as part of this policy you must follow the instructions as set out in our returns policy (see above)

What items does the warranty cover?

All items except:-

* Items bought in a sale or that are marked as "clearance" or "discontinued" are not subject to any guarantees and may not be           returned or refunded. These items are sold on an "as seen" basis.

* Engraved items, free gifts, personalised items are not subject to any guarantees.

* Bespoke items ie a piece of jewellery that’s is not within our collections and solely made for you

* Earrings for hygiene reasons   

 

What does the warranty cover?

Provided that you comply with our terms of this warranty and our returns policy then we offer a guarantee in respect of defects or faults in materials and workmanship. The following is NOT covered by this warranty (see how to care for your jewellery).

* Fair wear and tear

* Damage resulting from improper handling, negligence or general lack of car

* Damage caused by corrosive substances*

* Accidents including breakage (if caught on a door or object and tugged it will break, this is not covered)  bending and denting that    might occur with normal wear or water damage

* Any loss (you may wish to consider insuring your jewellery or you may find it is covered under existing policy of insurance e.g.  household contents insurance)

* Misuse or heavy usage

* Tarnishing caused by acidity on the skin or by medications or by perfume or by cleaning substances*

* Use which we deem to be unreasonable or inconsistent with our jewellery care instructions

* Repair/ dismantling/tampering by anyone other than Angelica Florence Accessories

* Indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects or inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the jewellery.

 *Please note tarnishing and fading may occur  due to acidity on the skin or by, perfume and cleaning substances and detergents, salt and bleach.

 

What is the guarantee period?

All jewellery items are guaranteed as follows:

* All jewellery is guaranteed against manufacturers defects for 4 months from the date of invoice

* Engraving is covered for 6 months  

 

How do I return an item to you? 

If you want to rely on this guarantee policy then you will need to follow the procedure for returning items to as, in accordance with our returns policy.

Please note that we cannot accept returns which have not been dealt with under our returns policy

 

What will happen next?

Once we have received the jewellery item from you we will examine it carefully. This usually takes place within 7 days of our receipt of your item.

Then, if we determine that the jewellery item is covered by our warranty we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace jewellery with either the same or with an item of equal value or similar in appearance.

We will also reimburse you for the payment for delivery or postage or packaging charges incurred in returning the goods to us (faulty items only caused by manufacturing defects, to a maximum cost of second class, large letter recorded delivery.
